How do I manage incoming participant membership requests?

When participants create a Twine account using a group invite code that you provided, their group membership will be pending until an admin approves or declines it. All incoming membership requests will be visible in the Not Enrolled Dashboard, in the Membership Requests List.

Note that this list will be visible to only those with the Membership Requests Admin role in their team member account.

Here, you will see all participants requesting to join a group, according to their status (pending, approved or declined), including their:

  • First and last name
  • Age
  • Date of birth
  • Email address(es)
  • Group to which they are requesting membership
  • Account creation date

Admins are able to accept or decline each individual participant’s group membership request:

accept will move the participant’s account to the appropriate group’s Enrolled Dashboard. If appropriate, an admin should assign the care team to the participant’s account at this time:
