Although most Twine patients access the app by downloading Twine onto their Android or iPhone, that isn't the only way to do so. You can also access Twine via a web browser on your desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone. Please note that Twine does not support Internet Explorer. Prior to following these instructions, you can ensure you are working with a supported operating system or device by referencing this list of supported operating systems, browsers, and devices.
How to Access Twine on a Supported Browser:
Navigate to app.twinehealth.com.
If registering for the first time, select First Time User.
Enter your email address and date of birth to verify your identity. Create a password and select Sign Up.
Complete the in-app welcome tour by selecting the white arrow on the bottom right of the screen.
Pause here, as you'll need to verify your email address in order to proceed. Navigate to your email inbox, and look for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org. Click the Verify email button in that email to verify your address.
Return to the Twine app.
In your Twine settings, take or upload a picture of yourself.
