Sometimes just adding data isn’t enough. You want to provide some context for both yourself and your coach. That’s where plan notes come in. You can add notes to any health action for any day to remember things like when that supreme burrito you ate prevented you from completing your workout or when that new medication gave you a cough. You can add a plan note by navigating to the Progress screen > tap on the desired health action > tap on the three dots in the upper righthand corner > Notes > plus sign to add a note. Once you're done, hit save, and you're all set!
