Coaches can change whether a patient receives notifications for a health action in the morning, afternoon, evening, or night:
- Select a patient > click into the Schedule screen > select the drop down menu (3 vertical dots) to the right of a health action > select the relevant time of day.
The default notification times are 7 am (morning), 12 pm (afternoon), 6 pm (evening), and 9 pm (night). Patients have the ability to change the specific time they receive notifications based on their personal preferences. They can do this by:
- Selecting their picture icon on the top left > settings > notifications > desired changes > done.
