Editing Health Actions

Over time, you may choose to right-size your Health Actions based on your experiences. Examples of why you might want to edit a health action include: 

  • Increase or decrease health action frequency 
  • Update goals to become more challenging (or forgiving)
  • Update tracking preferences (on or off)
  • Change the time of day you'd like to complete your health action 

Here's how:

  1. On the Today Screen, click the edit button:


  2. Tap on the Health Action you would like to change. (Note: At this screen, you can also add a brand new Health Action if you'd like.)
  3. Personalize the Health Action (this screen will vary depending on what you choose. Follow the prompts to title your Health Action and if you'd like, create a goal.)
  4. Set your schedule. Follow the prompts to decide your display and tracking preferences:

Pro Tip:

You can use the steps above to change the time of day you'd like to complete and view your Health Actions. However, if that is the ONLY change you want to make - you may do so by, tapping and dragging the health action to your preferred time of day:
