The Schedule tab allows editing and tailoring to impact how Health Actions appear on the patient's Today screen.
Health Actions are listed by four general times of day: Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night. Twine defaults these times of day as 7 am, 12 pm, 6 pm, and 9 pm. However, patients may update these specific times to their preference by managing notifications in their settings tab. For coach reference, the patient programmed time will be visible in the coaching application, next to the time of day it is associated with.
Push notifications alert patients on their mobile devices, up to four times per day. The notification only appears if there are actions programmed associated with the time of day. In this example, the patient will get one push notification at 7:00 am to complete their listed Morning action (1 shown) and one push-notification at 6:00 pm to complete their listed Evening Health Actions (2 shown). They will not get push notifications at 12:00 pm or 9:00 pm, as listed, because there are no Health Actions due at that time:
Updating Health Actions
- To update the title, click the grey circle containing three vertical dots to the right of the Health Action. A menu will appear:
Select Update Title. The title of the Health Action will then become a text box. Update the name of the action and click Save:
- To remove a Health Action from the plan and store it as Not Active data in the History tab (Coach Application) or Progress tab (Patient Application), click the grey circle containing three vertical dots to the right of the Health Action. A menu will appear. Click remove:
- To change the time of day the Health Action is scheduled, click the grey circle containing three vertical dots to the right of the Health Action. A menu will appear. Select from Morning, Afternoon, Evening, or Night. As mentioned above, specific times and notification settings will be managed by the patient. You may also drag and drop individual Health Actions to change their schedule to a new time of day.
