  1. Create the patient’s profile

  2. Manually enroll the patient from the enrollment dashboard

  3. Add health actions and turn “tracking off” for all health actions

  4. Print out the action plan for your patient so they have a paper copy

  5. Set a calendar appointment for your next telephonic or face-to-face visit

  6. Utilize the messaging stream to make notes or reminders during your conversation

  7. Find these patients in your "Enrolled" dashboard under patients without tracking plans
