Adding Health Actions

What is a Health Action Plan? 

A Health Action Plan is an evolving set of health measurements and behaviors that you work on with your Care Team over time. In Twine, you can organize your Health Actions by the plans you create. 

How do you create your first Health Action?

If you log into Twine and you don't have your first Health Action Plan built, your Today screen will appear like this:

From there you may decide to build your own health action plan by tapping "Add a Health Action", or, message your coach for some support getting started.

Adding Your First Health Action

    1. Tap 'add a health action' on the Today screen (pictured above. Note: this is only visible on the Today screen if this is your first health action to add Health actions after your first, tap the edit icon that looks like a pencil in the top right hand corner.)
    2. Select which category you'd like to work on, and then the specific health action:

    3. Personalize the Health Action (this screen will vary depending on what you choose. Follow the prompts to title your Health Action and if you'd like, create a goal.)
    4. Set your schedule. Follow the prompts to decide your display and tracking preferences:

    5. Click complete.
    6. Write your coach a note to describe the change you made. Make sure to take this step! Your coaches rely on your point of view to continue to guide your coaching care: note-prompt.gif
    7. Next, go to your Progress screen and tap the edit icon depicted as a pencil in the top right hand corner of the screen. Here you can update the title of your Health Action Plan.
    8. Click done when you are ready to save your change. 

Adding Additional Health Actions

  1. Go to the Today Screen, click the edit icon: 

  2. Click "Add New Health Action" (Note: May also edit existing Health Actions at this step): 

  3. Select which category you'd like to work on, and then the specific health action:

  4. Personalize the Health Action (this screen will vary depending on what you choose. Follow the prompts to title your Health Action and if you'd like, create a goal.)
  5. Set your schedule. Follow the prompts to decide your display and tracking preferences:

  6. Click complete.
